From a young age, I’ve always felt a natural connection to spirit, with a deep love for being in nature—connecting with plants, animals, and trees. As a teenager, I was drawn to Wiccan and Pagan traditions, spending countless hours reading and researching everything magical, including crystals, tarot, and other mystical practices.

My journey led me to study holistic massage and aromatherapy, and I spent time traveling Europe in a van, selling crystals and incense along the way. While it was an exciting period of freedom and exploration, it also came with its challenges, and I eventually found myself in a dark place. At 20, I was diagnosed with depression and chronic fatigue, but the conventional medical approach only offered medication without considering lifestyle or alternative healing options.

This marked the beginning of a long, transformative healing journey. I overcame addictions, studied Reiki, and developed a deep love for yoga. I found a spiritual mentor and began attending women’s circles, which became a powerful part of my path. I soon realized that healing required me to step away from the norm, go within, and forge my own way.

At 28, I was blessed with my daughter, Pixie, who has been my greatest teacher and gift in life. She, too, is intuitive and artistic, and together we’ve grown on this spiritual journey. When Pixie was 3, still struggling with my health, I decided to pursue my long-held interest in nutrition and enrolled in university. I earned a BSc in Nutrition Science and trained as an NLP practitioner, which became life-changing for me.

Through many ups and downs, I’ve come to understand that the healing path is never linear. Our modern environment often doesn’t support us in being our healthiest, most vibrant selves. It’s essential to slow down and reconnect with ourselves. One of the greatest challenges I’ve faced is the feeling of being misunderstood, the fear of judgment, and the isolation that can come with battling health issues. But it’s in the shadows that true strength and wisdom are found.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve studied various healing modalities, facilitated women’s circles, and trained in sound healing and shamanic practices. My mission now is to create sacred spaces where healing can happen—spaces that help individuals reconnect to the rhythms of nature and to each other.

Our vision is to build a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves—leaving the ego behind, opening the heart, singing, dancing, and embracing life’s magic through rituals like cacao ceremonies.
